<p>I ordered a gift for my granddaughter for her birthday well in advance off their ETA of 7-14 days. And it was just what she wanted so I was prepared to pay the exorbitant price, and it was coming from America, exchange rates etc. Imagine my Deloitte when it cleared customs on 12th July, they live in Pretoria and her birthday only on 17th. To this date nothing! Still 'waiting for the courier to pick it up' - no explanation, no apology nothing. How do you explain her gift from her living grandparents didn't arrive because a company simply doesn't give a damn? Have you noticed there are no comments on their Facebook page? I tried an exercise yesterday and wore one to see how long it lasted, it was removed by this morning. They survive by the prices they charge and the mark up they make, but every dog has it's day, and they will get what they deserve in the end! Their responses to Hellopeter 0% -be warned.</p>
