DO NOT USE WANTITALL

<p>PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE WANTITALL! I hope all people see this before placing their orders! Firstly the promise 7-15 working days to deliver THEY DO NOT! I placed two orders on the SAME DAY. The first delivery with one item arrived withing 17 working days, the second order containing TWO ITEMS has still NOT arrived!! They hardly EVER respond to emails. I've literally had to send several of the same emails to get a response. NO APOLOGY. NO TELLING ME WHERE OR WHY my order is/is late. I asked why not refund the delivery fee or something, but nope they ignore that and focus on the fact that my first order was delivered blatantly ignoring the fact that I am asking about the second delivery which currently, it has now been 23 working days. **** customer service. No response to emails. No apology. Nothing!!! Guys please DO NOT pay so much money for wantitall who doesn't even deliver in that time frame or offers no apology or explanation as to WHY it is late. I will rather continue previous online shops like Wish, yes they take a month or two to deliver but at least YOU KNOW THIS because they TELL YOU! And the actually contact you or respond when you need assistance.</p>
