Nightmare, that's wat they call it. They "perform" till the money is paid over to their account then they forget about customer service. I bought Lawei 90pcs Diamond Burrs Bits from Wantitall. It was delivered in time. Opened my parcel and found that the quality of the product, and the adverti*****t does not match. This mini drill bits is suppose to drill glass, gemstones and metal up to a 8 Mohs hardness. It could not even drill a soft stone with 4 Mohs. When I checked why it can't drill, I found that their is no diamond powder on the tip to do the cutting. After several emails and coupons Wantitall.co.za enquiries and returns could not assist me at all.
