Disgusting customer service!

I should have read these reviews before placing a very expensive order, which they didn't then order on time, resulting in delayed delivery. Having emailed them, they promised a 'next Thursday' delivery, only to follow up with a next MONTH delivery. Then insisting that they emailed first to inform me of the delay - I didn't even get a confirmation email until AFTER I followed up a week later. To top it off, when I called, I was put on hold for 5 minutes, then given the most disgusting customer service! They now want to charge ME for them not ordering on time, 35% of my order value! Disgusted, appalled, NEVER supporting this company again.
