Delivered wrong item, no customer service

I have never in my life experienced as poor a service as that from WantItAll, please stay away from them! I ordered an item through their website and when it was finally delivered 4 weeks later, it was completely the wrong item! I then tried contacting them through various means and had little or no communication. The issue is still not resolved and I'm still battling to contact anyone within their company.
