Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I deal with Telkom on a daily basis.

They are ******** to the core, after my order has been delayed 5 times over 3 months I finally decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. After this I never heard from them again, no response on any of their email addresses over the last 2 weeks, and to top it off they do not even have a phone number on their site, so good luck getting in touch with them. I even sent them my number begging them to phone me back multiple times over the last week. If you decide to purchase anything from these people you might as well take a huge stack of cash and set it on fire, the end-results are the same. THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE IN JAIL!
