Bad Service

I ordered an item on 16th March with a 7-15 w/day lead time, then receive an automated mail on the 03rd of April informing me the parcel is in customs and will take 2-3 w/days to be delivered. On the 16th of April I receive a mail informing me that there is a problem and i should advise on how you wish to proceed with this order, either cancel and refund or reorder the item from a different supplier. What a joke, no feedback from Wantitall whatsoever, on any platform.
