Awaiting feedback on my order.....

Still waiting for a response / feedback on the below matter: After numerous emails back and forth, and still not knowing the name of the person corresponding with me, who is now ignoring me and my query. A simple order that has taken up far too much of my time and effort.

What is your name please, you never mention it at the end of your communication… I don’t yet know who I, as a customer am dealing with… I would also like involvement from management with regards to the below as I am currently very irate and I would like my order sorted out ASAP as I should have received it by now! :

1. I placed an order and paid R1445 on the 10th September for the Lee Stafford chopstick styler. On the 13th I received the attached anonymous message (no name signing off the email) saying that my order cant be processed due to needing a convertor. I then added it to my order and receive this response: “You can proceed to place an order for it and we will combine it with your existing order upon completing it. “ 2. By now, its Thursday 20th September, (in the interim I have been spammed with tickets…open / closed etc etc). I am instructed to re place my order…..Which I begin to do….. only to find that the price has gone up to R1670. 15.5% 3. Today the courier called me to come and collect the convertor..

My pending issues / queries 1. I was told the convertor would be paired with my order, this was not the case as I was charged delivery separately. 2. The onus is on you, at the point of purchase to pair the convertor with the product, which you do not 3. I didn’t want my order to be cancelled, now you tell me I have to reorder the styler and pay and extra 15.5%. This is not acceptable as it is not my fault it is yours 4. The communication has been unprofessional, I don’t even know the name of the person I am dealing with, not to mention the 101 trouble tickets spamming my inbox

I would like to still receive my below order, but I would like it at the original price that I paid for it, and as I was told that you would combine the convertor, but you didn’t, I would like you to waver the courier fee, as I have already paid it for the convertor which you didn’t bundle with the styler as promised. You have messed me around with this order, and I would appreciate this resolved ASAP.
