Avoid WantItAll at all costs

Terrible service!!! Ordered an item on 24 May, expected delivery within 13-21 business days. Still haven't received the item. According to their website the item has been dispatched from supplier which happened within a week of ordering, but is still not even en route to SA. Any emails sent to them are a waste of time, they take a week to reply and don't answer any questions, they just give some pathetic reason / excuse that does not even make sense. I very much regret buying anything from this company, and will certainly never make use of them again.
