Absolutely Frustrating from start to finish!!

Firstly .... I ordered a kit on the 27th of Sept from their website only to have it placed on hold because they decided that I might want to add something I did not even ask for. This was put in an email which I dont always have time to check which means I lost 3 days due the order being placed unnecessarily on hold. Finally I get it out of hold and continue the process of the order. Secondly .... after waiting the amount of days they told me I should wait I still get no delivery, so I call back. Now it will be delivered on Tuesday they say.... Tuesday comes.... I call back.... No sorry sir it will MAYBE arrive next Monday. How is this possible I ask???

Once, or IF, I ever receive my order which is paid for in total and is not cheap! I will never use Wantitall ever again. Useless!
