23 days and counting - NO SERVICE/PRODUCT

My company teaches First Aid courses, among many other services we provide. We decided to order new training equipment for a big course coming up in October. We purchased the equipment on the 23rd September and are still awaiting the arrival of it.<br> I have tried to phone Wantitall - but the phone does not get answered - EVER!<br> I have emailed, and I was brushed off by the \consultant"who told me that they are waiting for the stock to come from the USA. I have asked for a tracking number or when I can expect my goods - and received a very snarky reply.<br> I have emailed again just after 8 this morning and still no reply. The course I need it for starts on Monday and now"
