Really Disappointing

<p>Having read really good reviews about Wang Thai Lagoon Beach it was the obvious choice for my Fiance's Birthday Dinner. He made a booking via the website on the Tuesday and no one came back to him with confirmation as promised. I phoned them the Thursday and the lady I spoke to blamed Head Office for not sending the booking through to them and I advised her that if that is the case how many other bookings may have not been responded. She tried convincing me to continue to make a reservation and requested my fiance's name and number and what the occasion would be, I made the booking and advised that it is for his Birthday. Upon arrival at Wang Thai Lagoon Beach that evening, the hostess was unfriendly, not even a hint of a smile. We waited a while for service and the food was really disappointing. The bonus was that they seated us against a wall with no view except for the people next to us which were almost seated on top of us. We had no privacy for our romantic birthday dinner. We will defnitely not be returning.</p>
