Wanderlust Leather Bad Service

I ordered vellies, and received the wrong size, even though I measured correctly according to their sizing chart. I requested to send it back, and it took 10 days for Wanderlust Leather Co to collect the vellies. I was instructed by Wanderlust to use a courier they appoint. I immediately paid the courier , even though it was more than twice the price of Aramex, tried and trusted courier company.

Wanderlust Leather only communicate via email and ignored my request for a contact number. While my parcel waited for more than a week to be collected and I had no way other than email to communicate with Wanderlust Leather, I eventually requested a refund. I sent an email, cancelling my order, and requested a refund. It took four days for Wanderlust Leather to reply. When the reply came I was told I cannot receive a refund as my order was being processed.

Incredibly bad service, took forever to get replies., and no way to communicate effectively. BEWARE OF WANDERLUST CO. They are not interested in customer service.
