Poor service and delivery.

This company is known for its leather products and manufacturers leather bags and shoes. They are based in Johannesburg.

Some months ago I ordered a leather bag which was poorly stitched.The company made the effort to rectify it by replacing the bag with another. Not too long after that, the seams in the new bag started to come undone. The bag costs R 1899.00. They asked for the bag to again fix the stictiches. Since then I hadn’t heard from them until I posted a review on their face book page.

I sent emails requesting that the company give me a refund, they refused. I asked again on the premise that I am not comfortable that the bag will last. I am disappointed in the way my query has been handled with poor turnaround time and their refusal to refund me my money. I want my money back!!
