Did not receive ordered item

<p>I would not order anything from Wanderland. I ordered a map on 19 March. 3 months later and I have not received it as yet. Support is useless. They repeat themselves. Wanderland claimed it was a missed delivery and i need to go check at the post office. Which is nonsense. Its a work address and people are always around. There was no delivery attempted. I have not had this issue with any other company. I requested a refund and have been told they can't issue one because it was a missed delivery. Absolute *******. From my experience, they take your money and don't deliver. What a ****!</p>
