Ordered textbooks, never delivered

I ordered two grade 9 textbooks on 12 January 2024, and never received them. I have sent several emails and I only received a reply to the first one. After that they just couldn't be bothered. No refund was even offered so that money has been wasted. My child has been struggling with this subject, and the lack of textbooks has definitely contributed to that. There seems to be a shortage of these books countrywide, but you would think that ordering direct from the publisher would help. Not at all. The only reason I gave one star is because zero stars is not possible.
