Worst/No service received! Placed the order in December. No feedback from Waltons, no delivery. Second day of school and my kid still has no stationary

Got the order form via the school. I Placed the order with Waltons in December and received an email reply confirming my order which was to be collected at the school on 15 January. Went to collect both my daughters orders. Both orders were not there. I was advised that the manager will call me the following day. No call received. Went back to the school on 16 January hoping that the orders will be there. My eldest daughters order was there and not my younger daughters order. Got home and checked the order that I received and found a note stating that some of the items are out of stock. It is the second day of school and no one is getting back to me with regards to the order that I have not received or the items that are missing in the other order. I will never recommend Waltons to any potential customers. Once they have your money they do not deliver!
