Worst service from Waltons
I ordered and paid for a back to school package from the Karri app on the 26ste of November 2021. I followed up on my order in the beginning of December and nobody can find my order. I contact the Cape Town branch everyday and everyday someone promises to phone me back and nobody ever does. School starts next week and I don't have my stationery and I am not getting any assistance from Waltons. This is the worst service I have ever received.
