Worst Service!

<p>If there was a minus 5-star rating this Waltons would get it. I had the WORST service ever!</p> <p> </p> <p>As I needed a PDF file printed and after having me wait around for almost half an hour the two staff members come back saying my file is *******. With this, they take me to their PC to show it is not printing (And from what I know - there must be a connection problem then with THEIR printer and PC) so doing I inform the man that I the file is not ******* and he then said my USB must be *******.</p> <p>I have no issue with the file not being able to print but from their "system" but merely the fact that they immediately started the blame game and had rude attitudes when I started getting upset.</p> <p>(And just as a side note I DID get the file printed at another shop - FROM my so called "*******ed" USB/file)</p>
