Worst after sales service & NO RETURNS policy

Bought a Volkano trolley bag from Walton’s Woodmead Jan 10th, by Jan 21st, after a week of use, the one strap was coming undone so I returned it thinking the bag would be exchanged same day as it was clearly visible that the straps had been poorly stitched, only to be told that there’s a two week turnaround because it has to be returned to the supplier for inspection and repairs. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, told me “Don’t call us we’ll call you” and that the matter was basically not their problem to solve, and a refund unlikely. I’ll NEVER shop at another Walton’s store and will tell everyone who has ears not to buy there if they think they have a chance of successfully returning defective items
