WORSE SERVICE IN 15 YEARS

Having been a customer since 2006 I had not expected the non existent service that I have encountered. I ordered Opti plan tabs which was out of stock in the warehouse, however Vredenburg branch had exactly what I required. This order was placed with them on 19/07/2021. Upon enquiring I was told a driver would be sent down on Friday 30/07/2021 to collect this. Almost 2 weeks have lapsed only for a driver to be sent NOW!! Almost 2 weeks of work which cannot be finalized due to incomplete filing for lack of optiplan tabs!!!
