Waltons Tzaneen BAD Service

Waltons Tzaneen branch do not know the meaning of the word customer service. We ordered office furniture from them and first the delivery date was 24 July, nobody let us know that the delivery was not going to happen. We struggled to get hold of the sales lady and late on Friday afternoon we, eventually, got hold of her. So, she promis that the furniture will be delivered Monday, 27/07 early in the morning. Monday come and goes and still nothing. Early on Tuesday, 28/07 she phoned us, full of excuses why the furniture was not delivered and, again, promised that it will be delivered during the morning. According to her, they were busy loading the furniture for us. 14H00 We tried to phone her to find out what is going on. Firstly she doesn't answer her phone. Eventually when she answered she had another excuse ready and now the furniture will only get delivered by Thursday, 30/07, which we will see if it is going to happen. In times like this where everybody is complaining about how bad business is, this is extremely bad service from both Waltons and their sales lady. I really hope somebody sees this complain and can do something about it because at this rate, there won't be other orders going to Waltons Tzaneen.
