Waltons Stationery or is it Stationary Waltons…

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I am truly disappointed with the service or lack thereof, I placed an order with Lukhanyo for an Agenda Planner( item number 433223) On Friday (28-10-2016).</p> <p>On the call I asked if the item that I required was in fact in stock and Lukhanyo response was yes there are 12 in stock. Before placing the order I asked about delivery date as I required it on the 31/10/16(for a farewell) and he rep**** it will be delivered on the 31/10/16.</p> <p>On the 31/10/16 I then called to check on the item and how far it is with regards to delivery, the Customer service agent (Andiswa) I spoke to advised me that there was no stock of the item. This is no way to treat as customer as I placed the order as a gift to a colleague that was leaving. The colleague has since left the business without a gift and I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth. </p> <p>Then today(03-11-2016) 3 days later they deliver the item I needed on MONDAY, I checked the order date on the sheet and it was captured on the 03-11-2016…</p> <p>This is unacceptable customer service.</p>
