Walton's Stationery in Germiston's BAD service

After my sons school recommended we order via Walton's and gave us the contacts to use so we may deal with them directly. I had the worst experience! I contacted them and did what they asked in terms of making a payment and sending proof of payment together with the stationary list.. thereafter there was no feedback from or update in terms of where they are with my order. When I phone them they tell me the stationery will be delivered but till this has not happened. Almost 2 weeks! The guy who's contact was on the email signature was so rude and asked me why am I calling on his phone but his number was on the signature! Appalling and disgusting indeed!!
