Waltons Glenwood, rudest branch I've ever encountered..!!!

I went into the Waltons Glenwood branch today after work to purchase some stationery, I got there at 17:55 and there was a sign at the door that says open, between me walking fron my car which was parked right by the door and getting there, the security changed the sign to closed, so I asked him, do you guys not close at 18:00 and he said we do, then I said but its not 18:00 yet and he said yes but we have packed up and are going, and staff immediately started coming to him to have their bags searched and moved me out the way and just left. I requested to speak to the manager of which they then closed the door and said I must wait for them, 15 mins later, there was no response til I eventually left. Such pathetic and arrogant service tho. Im actually in shock. We come to stores like Waltons because the service is supposed to be stellar, but wow, the way I was treated, Im actually shook.
