Waltons Back-to-School disappoints! Sending kids to 1st day of school with even back packs :'(

I placed my Back-to-school order on 19 December 2018. Today is the eve of Back-to-School 2019 and I have to send my kids school without even a back pack, let alone stationery... I have followed up with phone calls on 21 Dec, 2 Jan, 7 Jan, 8 Jan to no avail. I have escalated my complaint to a customer relations manager and I have to disappoint my children... I cannot quantify the stress and disappoint they have inflicted on me.
