Walton's Back to school a big Joke

This is the second year in a row that we are having problems with my son's back to school stationary. This years problem. Paid for stationary in November 2018. Have called numerous times at an average waiting time of six minutes. Each time call cuts. Got contac details of a manager to phone. The manager does not pick up sheets phone. Pass all the details on a staff member who promises that the manager will get back to us. Phoned again as we did not receive feedback. Was told that manager got all the information but has gone home and threw information away. Still waiting. 2018 was even a bigger joke. After going into the head office a week after school school stared in 2017. Waited all day for them to redo stationary for 2017. Only sorry I got was a water bottle for free. Big joke once again
