Waltons Back to School

This "back to school" scheme that Waltons has with schools is a joke =. My son goes to school @ Wendywood primary.

1. I asked for stationery from Waltons from a list that the school gave me. This I did on 29 January 2021. I spoke to a woman called Vanessa Venter. 2. I asked her for banking details in order to make payment from then and she finally decided to give them to me on 8 January 2022 after many days of my asking. 3. I made payment on 9 January 2022 and duly emailed the requisite proof. 4. She kept quiet until my son was not issued with his stationery on 12 January 2022 and from then she passed the buck onto someone called Monque Charles who turned out to be equally hopeless. 5. What ******* is this? I could have come pick up those things myself but the useless agents and their equally unresponsive managers are not of any use to me
