Very ***********

I'm a parent at Parow Valley primary every year we order with them for our kids stationary but every year their service is poor the worse part is the staff that you see that they not enjoying what they doing I mean by now they suppose to know that they give their all in this week because that is when we need them most.

Yesterday someone at school took my name and said today the books will be delivered but I was disappointed when the same person said the book won't be delivered I can go to other shops or go to Tygervalley to get my stationary because he can't say when my child book will be delivered.I then said it's fine I will wait and c when we you deliver.They instructed the school not to take money from parents and they only arrived at 12 o'clock.Parents had to wait for them to count the boxes first.Some parents paid in November but their boxes were not delivered.Im not pleased with them at all.
