Very bad customer service
I am never ordering anything from Waltons again! Really bad customer experience. I placed an online order on 26 November 2021. I started checking up and I was told my order is with the couriers. I've been phoning them daily for the last 3 weeks and I keep getting told that they will phone me back after investigating but no one has ever phoned me back. I've sent numerous emails and I get no response. I am very disappointed in Waltons's service. I just want my money back so that I can purchase my kids' stationery elsewhere as they go back to school tomorrow!
