THE WORST SERVICE AT THE WORST TIME OF THE YEAR!!!!!

I paid for my 2 daughters stationery at the beginning of November already and have been begging Waltons to deliver it to me, the school and anywhere but still it has not been delivered and the school reopens tomorrow. My kids are upset as they have to start the year with no stationery. I phone everyday all day and just get a voicemail. What type of **** are you running here, robbing school kids and causing unnecessary stress as if I need anymore. I will never order or buy stationery from them ever again. All I want now is my money back please.
