Terrible service!

I placed my stationary order on 26 November already and I am STILL waiting for my delivery. I've contacted Waltons NUMEROUS TIMES via email, phone and social media and get absolutely no resolution. This is appalling. School starts next week and I have no stationary. Almost 2 months later!!!
