Terrible Experience?

Terrible Experience: I put my order on 05 January online. I was told orders takes 2 to 4 working days. Your system does bot have a tracking system for one to see where they order is and depend on your terrible call centre with an average hold time of 30 minutes. This is ridiculous, why lying about your delivery time because I could have ordered or bought somewere else. My child's school bag is deoending on this order. I've spoken to move than 20 people after holding this time. Eventually spike to Maraliize who seems to be helping but always promising to call back in 5 minites and never does. The point is that I still sont have my order
