Shocking service

Bought a desk and chair on the 14th November, delivery guys let the draw drop and broke it in front of me and when I mentioned that it was broken I was asked \where is it broken"even though there were pieces of broken plastic all over the floor and inside the drawer. When I phoned Waltons they reported that the desk was in fact dropped before it left their shop so why did they still deliver it? And have the cheek to ask me \"" where is it broken\""? Then I was told my chair will be delivered latest 18th. It is now 27th and still no chair and I get told I will be phoned asap when they have checked with the warehouse. I still have not received single call. """
