Shocking poor service and unhelpful unfirendly staff

Absolute worst service I have ever had from any company in my life. My son did not receive his stationery and we have been on the phone for 5 days now. No one answers , they drop your call or simply give you so much attitude and basically tell you they do not care and it is not their problem ... It must be nice to be so busy that you do not give a dam about your little customers. Quite unbelievable to be honest . I have called emailed and even spoken to a " manager" who promised to assist and now simply doesn't answer her phone
