SHOCKING Customer Service!!!

Waltons service has gone from bad to shocking! First they changed their courier and delivery times without letting our company know, thereby causing us to get our order much later than usual. Now, according to their new policies we are supposed to receive our order the next day if placed before 13:00. I placed an order at 10:06 on Friday last week and am still waiting for delivery. CC'ing the Head Office in on a complaint results in absolutely nothing. They don't even acknowledge receipt or correspond with the person the e-mail was sent to. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!
