I bought an office chair from the store in Bloem, Preller Square, within a few months of using the chair I reported it to the store, the reason why I reported it after a few months is because I was trying to make sense of exactly which chair was giving me back pains cos I use an office chair at work and I also use a work car from time to time which also gets used by other people so the chair gets adjusted a lot by whomever is using the car at that time, so I eventually figured out that this chair I bought is the one that os hurting. The staff at the store isn’t willing to do anything about my complaint they aren’t even willing send their ‘furniture specialist’ to come over and check the chair instead a guy by the name of “Derrel” repeatedly made an insinuation that I may have hurt my back a while ago.

The store eventually decided that someone would come over and check the chair, it’s a week now noone has been to the house to check the chair, noone has even called me to reschedule or something. I don’t ever see myself visiting this store again.
