Ryno Palm is very rude

I am employed as a Senior Administrator at the Vaal University of Technology, Vanderbijlpark Main Campus. Part of my job is to order Office Supplies on a regular basis. Waltons Vereeniging is one of our preferred suppliers who are registered on our database.<br> <br> On Monday, 20 April 2015 at 12:00 pm I sent an Urgent Request for Quotation consisting of 262 items to Mr. Ryno Palm. On Wednesday 22 April 2015 at 14:45 pm, I gave Mr. Palm a call on his mobile phone to follow-up on my request and he asked me what was on my Request for Quotation, I told him the items were attached, he kept quite and HUNG UP on me without any response.<br> <br> I did not bother to call him back because his tone of voice was rude.<br> <br> Please assist as I will not tolerate that kind of treatment, it is unprofessional and unnecessary.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Fortunate Khumalo<br>
