Refund issues
After returning an online order, I have been waiting 3 WEEKS for my refund while constantly having to email them and run after them for updates and my refund. Safe to say, I will never purchase from Walton’s online again or recommend them to anyone. I’ve never had such a bad experience through all my years of online shopping. Absolutely terrible service.
