Poor Service

<p>Dismal attempt to purchase online & directly - system takes your payment but items offered are loaction specific so no delivery os made or refunded with no communication to tjhe customer even when calling & emailing.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company seems to have a poor communication s**** set across board & there's no end result. You receive no feednack nor do they keep you updated on the progress or process with orders.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their office furniture has a warranty but in order to get any assistance it's a tedious begging game. Too muc of a lengthy process dealing with them as they have no inclination on the meaning of customer service.</p>
