poor communication
I bought stationery back to school and on receiving it calculator was missing now when you call their back to school department you get to be sent from pillar to post with after that no correspondence at all ,someone keeps on saying we will get back to you since yesterday morning.

11 Jan 2025, 20:10Waltons promised to deliver the missing item today but they did not as i believe no one is in office waiting to deliver calculator at this time, i specifical asked them if they would be delivering over weekend they said their courier will do delivery but that was not done. Business with no integrity no sense of emergency, lies to customer to shut them up i guess that is how they conduct their business
