Pathetic sevice - dont support this company

Absolutely pathetic service, First my online order was delayed for no reason with no communication at all. I had to call several times, eventually Lwazi helped find the order and it got to me over a week late, then I find out an important item was not included and is on back order. Again no one calls to let me know the status or any emails, today I called in only to find out that it has been in stock since last week. I then get told it will take another 4 days to get to me as it is not yet released whatever that means. Pathetic service, I will never order from Waltons again and I will let everyone know never to support such a company who does not communicate nor keep to promises. You messing with kids who already have schooling disrupted due to covid now they dont have what they need on time due to no fault of the parents. Very embarrassing
