PATHETIC SERVICE
I placed an order for stationery with Waltons on the 3rd of January 2022, the website stated that deliver will be made within 3-5 days. after the 3-5 days i tried calling the call Centre nobody knows what's happening with my order, i have called them 1000 times only for them to tell me that they are gonna check the warehouse and call me back. To this day i have received no communication no feedback nothing from this company. Schools have opened and my kids don't have their stationary. I want my stationary asap or a refund, I've never experienced such pathetic service delivery in my life.
