Pathetic Service

Waltons has a pathetic service ever i ordered stationery last week to be delivered at one of their branches in Princess Crossing ,i was willing to even go to their branch ,either them delivering ORD139249.Consultants are not even helpful they take our details to call us back including order numbers but they dont (empty promises) Ispoke to one of the consultant named Lwazi who promised to call me back in few minutes he never did,its sad that we trust this attractive websites which are big organisations ,they dont deliver their promises,i have been emailing them none of them respond ,to our emails ,they dont have a platform for clients to trace the orders ,none of them take responsibility to help . Im just wondering ,how management take these response you guys are pathetic ,the cost of making follow ups with our money yet we looking for convenience.YOU GUYS DONT DELIVER.
