Pathetic online service

What a pathetic online service experience. I purchased a mini UPS, as their website showed in stock. 5 days later, they still did not have stock, because it wasn't in stock to begin with! It had to be ordered from JHB. No one informed me and I had to call in every day to get an update. The customer service manager in JHb does not answer her phone. Their call centre number for online orders don't work, their sales email address don't work, bounces back, and no responds to general email enquiries. I am waiting to see when this item will eventually be delivered. Will NEVER use them again, and I certainly DO NOT recommend their online service! Rather order on Takealot, because you know upfront if an item is in stock, and what the delivery lead time is, and Takealot delivers in the time frame they stipulate!
