PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi<br> <br> Last year i ordered i box of stationery that got delivered after the school closed, due to it been lost for forever and a day. Then when it was found it was delived after it was on no longer use.<br> <br> I requested that the box be fetched and my money given back, to which i was emailed and stated that the box would be fectched that day - it is now about three weeks later and it still hasn't be fetched.<br> <br> I emailed and asked when they would be fetching the box and i've yet to have any feedback/email/phone.<br> <br> IT HAS TAKEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND 6 DAYS TO GET THIS RESOLVED FROM DATE OF ORDER - SERIOUSLY!!!
