Order not received

I made an order through my son's school West Ridding Primary School in Table View. On 27 Dec 2018 at 15:16 i received a call from one of the consultant advising that i miss calculated and we agreed that it can be fixed and send me an invoice via email which i confirmed. I never received the invoice but i thought ill pay cash at school. I went to school to pay cash and was told that my son's stationary is not there. I called Waltons cape town and was put through to back to school dept. Have been holding for over 40min till my airtime ran out. Never had a problem with Waltons till now . I have a newborn baby and i thought Waltons would be helpful so i dont do up and downs looking for stationary. I'm so disapointed .
