Order not delivered ORD 133855

Placed an order online for store delivery with the expectation, as per the website, that it would be delivered in 5 - 7 working days - in time for Christmas as it was meant to be a gift. After hearing nothing and no notification, I emailed the address listed on the site, but no reply. 2 weeks down the line and it apparently hasn't been dispatched and according to staff, it is not likely to be delivered any time soon. This is apparently as the system is behind in orders and they have store space constraints for receiving of deliveries. Have no idea when my order will arrive, or where it is. So disappointed at the awful service and definitely won't be using Waltons again.
