Online Shopping Delivery

Waltons has now had my money since 19 Dec and I have NOTHING to show for it. My child goes back to school this coming week, as well as myself, back to work. I placed my order in advance so that I would be able to mark and sort everything out in time while I was on holiday. On the email I received after I placed my order, it said 10 days delivery time. It is now way past 10 days. When you advertise a service you should make sure you are able to STICK TO THE OFFER. I cannot understand why they offer this service and cannot deliver on it!!! This was my first time doing online shopping with Waltons. It will be my last time shopping with them forever!!!
