NOT RECIEVING MY REFUND....KEEP GETTING STORIES
Ordered an item. Received the wrong item, and after struggling to get through an individual informed me that they would collect the incorrect item and bring the correct one. On the day of collection, they brought the wrong item AGAIN. I contacted them and they informed me that they do not have stock of my item. I requested a refund. It has been 4 weeks since I was informed that I will receive my refund. Each time I query I get told that it is with the finance apartment. To this day, no refund received.
